Product Introduction

The LeaCatch System: Advanced Leak Detection and Containment

In the highly sensitive environment of a semiconductor fab or critical data center, even a minor leak can trigger a catastrophic chain of safety hazards, equipment loss, and unplanned downtime. Traditional floor-based sensors often alert facility managers too late, after fluid has already spread, causing thousands in damage and interrupting clean-room integrity. LeaCatch redesigns this workflow with a proactive, source-level solution.

Sense

High-resolution ultrasonic and thermal sensors detect fluid the moment it exits the pipe or joint.

Contain

The custom wrap slows the spread of fluid and directs it away from sensitive electronics.

Alert

Real-time data streaming triggers instant facility alerts, pinpointing the leak to the specific valve.

How the System Works

The LeaCatch hardware consists of a lightweight, clean-room compatible wrap that snaps around critical joints, valves, or connection points. Unlike gravity-dependent cable sensors that only work on the floor, our wraps are position-independent. The integrated sensors track temperature changes and fluid presence, reporting to a centralized hub via low-power wireless or wired protocols to ensure maximum reliability and scale.

Built for Critical Environments

LeaCatch is designed for environments where unexpected fluid is not an inconvenience, it is a potential operational event.

Our applications include:

• Data centers
• Semiconductor facilities
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Chemical plants
• Automotive facilities
• Aircraft
• Space applications

From liquid-cooling infrastructure to process lines and hazardous transfer systems, LeaCatch is designed to provide source-level visibility wherever the consequences of a leak are significant.

Designed for Existing Infrastructure

LeaCatch is not designed to require a complete redesign of existing systems.

The architecture uses a sensor, M8 dry-contact output, controller, and alerting layer, allowing the system to operate independently or as an add-on to existing control and BMS infrastructure.

Its dry-contact output is intentionally simple, allowing LeaCatch to communicate with industrial control systems that are already in place.

From Detection to Deployment

LeaCatch is commercially packaged and priced for deployment today, rather than being positioned solely as a laboratory concept.
